Refund Guidelines

We completely stand behind the build quality of our StopWatt system. If our hardware does not satisfy the energy management metrics of your property, we supply an explicit equipment return protocol.

60-Day Trial Window

Consumers possess exactly 60 days following the package receipt date to submit a reimbursement claim. To qualify for financial restitution, the device must remain in pristine operational state and be packed inside its original manufacturer shipping box.

Initiating a Claim

To request an official product return validation, please interact with our technical staff through the following departments:

Our staff will generate a specific Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) reference number along with delivery guidelines. Items delivered back to our facilities without a valid RMA record cannot be processed by our inventory team.

Restitution Terms

Once our internal inspection team certifies the returned equipment, we will transmit a confirmation log. Authorized refunds are processed back onto your default banking profile. Remember that financial institutions commonly take 5 to 10 transactional updates to project the capital on your balances.

Logistics Coverage

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for all delivery fees required to ship the physical hardware back to us. Any initial distribution costs verified during the initial checkout phase remain completely non-refundable.
